About the school

We are working with a SEMH boys’ school in Lea Hall, which is looking for a full-time Teaching Assistant to join their supportive and dedicated team. You will work with children from KS1 to KS3, providing essential classroom and one-to-one support, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Role Requirements
  • Previous experience working with SEN students is desirable.
  • Team Teach training is desirable.
  • Previous experience working in education is essential.
  • A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom.
  • Understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Connex Education.
