• Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent qualification is required.

Rate of pay: £425 - £550 - Dependant on experience

Connex Education is seeking a proactive SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school environment. You will offer 1-1 support, helping students develop academically and socially, while also serving as a positive role model. Role Requirements

• Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning or Equivalent Level 3 UK Educational qualification is required.
• Previous experience working in Education is desirable.
• Team Teach Qualification is essential.
• A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom.
• An understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Connex Education.
