The Role

We are seeking compassionate Teaching Assistants to become part of our dedicated team. This vital role involves supporting students with a range of social, emotional, and mental health needs. You'll work closely with teaching staff to deliver a curriculum that is both engaging and specifically designed to meet individual requirements. Your support will be key to helping students flourish academically, socially, and emotionally.

  • Providing in-class and out-of-class support to students with SEMH needs.
  • Assisting in the implementation of differentiated and engaging lessons.
  • Establishing positive and trusting relationships to promote student progress.
  • Helping to cultivate communication, independence, and life skills.
  • Applying positive and consistent behaviour management strategies in line with school policies.
  • Delivering both one-to-one and small group support as needed.
About You
