Job summary

Pink Tile Education Ltd in Waterlooville is seeking an enthusiastic SEMH Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist educational environment. You will support students who may experience social, emotional and behavioural challenges, both one-to-one and in groups, to overcome barriers and achieve positive outcomes.

The successful candidate will be involved in promoting wellbeing, managing behaviour, and fostering engagement within the classroom.

Qualifications

• Experience in SEN/SEMH education or related support work.
• Background in residential childcare or youth services is desirable.
• Experience in sports coaching or mental health support is advantageous.
