Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment are working with several SEMH schools in Central and South Birmingham who are recruiting Teaching Assistants to support day-to-day, short-term and full-time roles.

Roles cover pupils from KS1 to KS4 with SEMH and SEND needs. School experience is desirable but not essential; SEMH or SEND experience is essential. You will need to be empathetic, patient and resilient as pupils often communicate through action. Dan can provide more details.

Tradewind Recruitment are working with several different SEMH Schools in Central and South Birmingham who are recruiting Unqualified, Level 2 and Level 3 TA's

The schools ages range from KS1 to KS4 for children with SEMH.

The schools are part SEND/SEMH Trusts and SEND Local Authority Schools with a range SEND, SEMH and Mental Health needs.

The schools are looking to recruit Teaching Assistants to support day to day, short term and full time within there schools. . School experience is desirable but not essential, however SEMH or SEND experience is essential. It is essential your empathetic, patient and resilient as a lot of the pupils in school communicate through action which means days can be challenging.
