About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant in an SEMH provision, you will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse needs. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Provide support to students with SEMH needs in a dynamic and nurturing environment
  • Assist with behaviour management and pastoral support
  • Support teachers with classroom activities and learning programmes
  • Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive classroom culture
