Teaching Assistant – SEMH/SEND Focus – Swale
Start Date: September 2025 or Sooner
Full-Time or Part-Time | Flexible Contract Option

Supply Desk are proud to be working with a fantastic SEMH provision in Swale, offering a unique and inclusive curriculum tailored to students aged 16–25 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties and a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

We are seeking compassionate and adaptable Teaching Assistants who are committed to making a genuine difference in the lives of young people from challenging backgrounds. Whether you're looking for a short or long-term opportunity, full-time or part-time, this role provides the chance to be part of a warm, collaborative team focused on helping students thrive.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Bring a kind, calm, and supportive approach to working with young people.
  • Have experience supporting students with SEMH needs or SEND (desirable but not essential).
  • Be passionate about making education accessible and positive for all learners.
  • Enjoy working both 1:1 and in small group settings.
  • Be flexible and open to different working patterns and student needs.
  • Hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS on the update service.
