This is a meaningful opportunity to help young people who may struggle with managing their feelings and behaviour in a classroom setting.
As a SEMH Teaching Assistant you will work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff to provide consistent and personalised support. You will help create a calm, safe, and encouraging space where students can feel confident, cared for, and ready to learn. Your support will play a big part in their growth—both in and out of the classroom.
