About the Role

As an SEMH Teacher, you'll be instrumental in supporting students with complex social, emotional, and mental health needs, helping them to thrive academically and personally. You'll develop and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons, fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment tailored to individual student requirements.

We're Looking For Someone Who:
  • Has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Possesses a strong background and proven experience working with students with SEMH needs.
  • Is skilled at creating individualised learning plans and implementing effective behaviour management strategies.
  • Is empathetic, patient, and resilient, with a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable young people.
  • Can collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including support staff, parents, and external professionals.
