An established alternative education provider in Northumberland is seeking dedicated teachers to support students with diverse educational needs. In this role, you will plan engaging lessons, manage behaviour, and track student progress. Qualified teachers with QTS or QTLS, particularly those with experience in alternative provision, are encouraged to apply. This position offers opportunities for both long-term and temporary placements, with an immediate start available.

This multi-site Alternative Provision supports learners across KS2-KS4, offering tailored education to students with a range of additional needs, including SEMH, ASD, and behavioural challenges. Each site has its own unique setting, but all share a commitment to nurturing, inclusive education that prioritises student wellbeing and re-engagement with learning.
