This multi-site Alternative Provision supports learners across KS2–KS4, offering tailored education to students with a range of additional needs, including SEMH, ASD, and behavioural challenges. Each site has its own unique setting, but all share a commitment to nurturing, inclusive education that prioritises student wellbeing and re-engagement with learning.

About the Roles

We are recruiting for ASAP starts across several of the provision’s sites, with opportunities for:

  • Foster a safe, inclusive and structured learning environment.
  • Track and report on student progress in line with individual learning plans or EHCPs.
Requirements
  • QTS or QTLS (applications from ECTs are welcome).
  • Experience working in AP, PRU, SEND, or with students displaying challenging behaviour.
