We are seeking a compassionate and skilled SEMH Teacher to join a specialist SEMH school in Hastings. This full-time, contract role offers an exciting opportunity to support students with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, helping them to develop confidence, resilience, and academic success within a structured and nurturing environment.
As an SEMH Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering tailored lessons that meet the needs of students with complex emotional and behavioural challenges. You will work closely with a supportive team of teaching assistants, therapists, and pastoral staff, ensuring students engage with learning in a way that suits their individual needs.
This role is ideal for an empathetic and adaptable educator with a passion for inclusive education. While experience working with SEMH students is desirable, it is not essential, as comprehensive training and professional development will be provided.
