ECT Special Needs Teacher

Hillingdon. West London

£850-950 per week (salary is dependent on experience and/or qualifications)

Start date: ASAP/Sept 2025

Are you a passionate and resilient Primary Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an Ofsted rated "Outstanding" specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) provision in Hillingdon, supporting pupils who require a nurturing and personalised approach to their education.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join our supportive team. You will work with small classes, delivering a broad and balanced curriculum tailored to meet the individual needs of pupils aged 5-11. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEMH needs and a commitment to helping every child achieve their full potential, both academically and socially.

Key Requirements

The Ideal Candidate Will

• Be passionate about teaching in a non-mainstream environment and embrace the unique opportunities provided by a special school setting.
• Demonstrate a caring and compassionate approach, using creativity to deliver inclusive, engaging, and inspiring lessons.
• Hold a recognised UK teaching qualification (QTS or QTLS).
• Have experience or a strong interest in working with children with SEND, gained through Initial Teacher Training (ITT) or other opportunities.
• This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified teacher eager to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with complex needs and learning difficulties.
