Randstad Education in the United Kingdom is seeking a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant for a pupil referral unit in the primary phase. You will support learners with additional SEMH needs and help bring learning to life through creative, proactive approaches.

You will build positive relationships with students, colleagues and families, remain calm under pressure, and commit to a long-term placement, demonstrating reliability and mentoring throughout the school day.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting learners with additional SEMH needs.
• Commitment to a long-term placement.
• Able to stay composed in challenging situations and mentor pupils.
• Skilled at establishing strong connections with students, colleagues, and families.
• Preferably hold a Level 2 or 3 TA qualification or relevant professional history.
