Qualifications

• Must hold QTS.
• Previous experience teaching Maths.
• Experience working with SEMH/SEN.
• Confident managing challenging behaviour.
• Calm, patient and consistent approach.
• Able to build positive relationships with young people.
• Adaptable and able to differentiate lessons to meet individual needs.
• Passionate about helping students overcome barriers to learning.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
