I have worked closely with a brilliant special school in Swindon for the last few years, and they are looking for 2 teachers to join them, ideally as soon as possible, on a long-term basis. The school is a secondary site that looks after students with SEMH and other special needs.

The school provides valuable support to families in Swindon and consistently receives positive feedback from parents of students attending the school.

The roles

They are seeking an English Teacher and a Maths Teacher, so experience in these subjects is essential. The roles involve leading classes in these subjects to at least a GCSE standard, so a solid understanding of the curriculum is important.

The school is flexible for the right candidate, open to those wanting full teaching responsibilities or those preferring to lead cover. Confidence in working with challenging behaviour and secondary-aged students is required.
