Job summary

You will keywork identified students as a trusted adult, deliver SEMH programmes, and collaborate with teachers to personalise support plans that improve engagement, wellbeing and attainment.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with SEMH needs would be advantageous.
• Empathetic, patient and adaptable with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and supporting vulnerable students.
