As an Experienced SEMH Learning Support Assistant, you will provide essential support to students with SEMH needs, ensuring they are not just in school - they are truly engaging with their education and progressing. What You'll Do:

• Offer tailored, hands-on support to students, helping them overcome emotional and academic barriers.
• Build strong, trusting relationships, encouraging growth in emotional regulation, social skills, and academic development.
• Lead or assist with group interventions, ensuring all students feel heard, supported, and motivated.
• Use de-escalation strategies when needed, remaining calm, patient, and proactive.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing vital feedback and celebrating each student's achievements.
