Learning & Behaviour Support Assistants - to start September!

Do you have experience of supporting children within a school or residential setting?

I am currently recruiting for a excellent alternative provision school near Lichfield, that are looking to appoint new Learning Support Assistants for children with, behaviours that challenge & social, emotional & mental health needs. They are looking for staff to join their existing team on a long-term and daily basis. They are seeking support staff that are nurturing, resilient, think outside of the box and can adapt to their surroundings with confidence.

The school is based in a semi rural location which is calming and has amazing facilities for the students; the school primarily caters for boys in KS1 to KS2.

As a Learning Support Assistant you will be working alongside the class teacher and other staff, supporting the pupils with everyday school life. Having the ability to form positive and trusting relationships is essential.
