Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: £90–£105 per day

A specialist provision in Shropshire is seeking a resilient, experienced Learning Mentor to support pupils with SEMH and complex behavioural needs. This is a full-time role starting in September, working closely with the pastoral and safeguarding team.

What to expect:

  • Building strong relationships with pupils who may have experienced trauma

  • Supporting re-engagement in learning through emotional regulation and tailored interventions

  • Working with teachers, parents, and therapists to create individual support strategies

  • Creating a consistent, calm presence in class and during transitions

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with PRU, SEMH, or behaviour support experience to join a provision with a strong, supportive ethos.

To be successful, you’ll need excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and confidence managing challenging behaviour calmly and professionally.
