This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and empathetic individual to support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, helping them to re-engage with learning and thrive both academically and personally.

The Role
As an SEMH Learning Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting students who may have experienced trauma, disrupted education, or challenging life circumstances. You’ll work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and families to create and maintain a safe, nurturing environment where all learners feel valued and understood.

We’re looking for someone with a genuine passion for supporting young people with complex needs. The ideal candidate will be:
A background in youth work, sports coaching, residential care, or alternative education would be highly advantageous. Qualifications in Team Teach, Thrive, or Mental Health First Aid are a bonus, though not essential.
