You will deliver targeted SEMH interventions, build relationships with pupils, and work with pastoral teams to monitor progress. DBS checks and safeguarding training may be required for all applicants.

SEMH Intervention Assistant – North Shields (Full-Time)

Can you help young people overcome barriers and re-engage with education?

A specialist SEMH provision in North Shields is looking for a dedicated SEMH Intervention Assistant to support pupils who require additional emotional and behavioural support.

You’ll play a key role in helping pupils manage emotions, develop coping strategies and make positive progress throughout the school day.

Location: North Shields
Pay: £92.63 - £105 per day
Contract: Full-time, Long-Term

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
