Salary: £47,472 - £51,048 per annum

Our Behaviour Support Service is looking for a SEMH Inclusion Advisory Teacher. This role supports secondary schools across Wiltshire to promote inclusion, and meet the social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs of learners. It involves advising and training school staff, supporting staff to assess learners' SEMH needs, to develop teaching approaches, and to create positive learning environments.

The successful candidate will be a qualified teacher with substantial secondary school experience, strong knowledge of SEMH, excellent communication and ICT skills, and the ability to influence positive outcomes for learners and staff. They will be able to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and demonstrate a commitment to teamwork, reflective practice, and continuous improvement.
