Prospero Teaching are looking for an experienced HLTA to work at a large SEMH school in Blackburn, Lancashire. You will be required to cover English lessons and other subjects where you are required. The role is full time and long term, with the potential to go permanent.

* Location – Blackburn (BB2)

* Position – HLTA

* Likely Duration – Ongoing cover

* Contract type – Temporary

* Minimum rate of pay – £100

* Hours – 8:30am-4pm (term time only)

HLTA Experience, Training and Qualifications

* It is essential that you have HLTA experience, along with a relevant HLTA qualification. Experience working with SEMH pupils.

* Up-to-date Safeguarding training is imperative; you can undertake a free course with Prospero Teaching if you have not completed a Safeguarding course in the last 12 months.* Strong behaviour management skills are a must.
