A leading educational staffing agency is seeking a SEMH English Teacher to join a school in Lambeth. The ideal candidate will have strong behavior management skills and a passion for teaching challenging pupils. This role requires a minimum of two years teaching experience and the ability to adapt lessons to meet individual student needs, supported by teaching assistants. Are you a passionate SEMH English Teacher looking for a new role in Lambeth? Do you have strong classroom and behaviour management skills? Would you describe yourself as a SEMH English Teacher that is passionate about working with challenging pupils, steering them on the right path?
The ideal SEMH English Teacher will have a minimum of two years teaching experience in the UK, specifically having taught the UK English National Curriculum, therefore you must be up to date with current GCSE grading system. As a SEMH English Teacher, you must have the ability to tailor and accommodate your lessons to meet the needs of each individual student in the classroom as ability levels will vary. This SEMH school are looking for an English Teacher that has outstanding behaviour management as well as a good sense of humour to enable you to build a strong rapport with students. You will always be supported in class by a minimum of two teaching assistants to help with classroom and behaviour management.
