• Calm authority, emotional resilience and restorative practices.
• Good safeguarding awareness and professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted individual and small-group mentoring.
• Reinforce agreed behaviour, regulation and engagement plans.
• Support pupils through transitions and challenging moments.
• Work with teaching and pastoral colleagues to track progress.
