Principal Education is recruiting a Behaviour Mentor at an alternative provision school in St John's Wood, London. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, term time only, paying £110 to £130 per day.

You will support young people with SEMH, often with challenges in learning, through 1:1 and small-group sessions. Build trust, follow behaviour plans, and work with a team to help students re-engage with learning and reach EHCP targets.

Formación

• Experience supporting young people with SEMH or challenging behaviour
• Calm approach, with firm boundaries and real warmth
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply

Responsabilidades

• Supporting young people 1:1 and in small groups
• Using calm de escalation to keep everyone safe
• Following behaviour plans and EHCP targets with the team
• Helping young people reintegrate into learning and, where possible, mainstream school
