Job summary

Bupa Crawley is seeking a Sports and Exercise Medicine Consultant/MSK Physician to deliver consultant-level care at our Crawley Health Clinic. The role is available on a full or part-time basis and on a self-employed/fee-split arrangement.

You will perform clinical consultations and procedures, work within an MSK MDT, and contribute to high-quality patient care in a busy multidisciplinary team environment.

Qualifications

• GMC registration & license to practice – listed on the Sport and Exercise Consultant register.
• CCT or equivalent experience (Article 14) in Sport and Exercise Medicine.
• CCT in Sport & Exercise Medicine.
• Post-graduate Diploma or MSc in MSK Medical or SEM from a recognised awarding body.
• Excellent customer skills and a passion to deliver high levels of effective evidence-based care.
• Significant experience of working within an MSK/SEM MDT.
• Ideally experience treating private patients.
• Experience with sports injuries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal skills, organisation and time management.
• Interest in continuing development – professional and business.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical consultations and procedures to a high level of care for SEM/MSK conditions.
• Work within a multidisciplinary MSK team of clinicians at a Bupa Health Clinic in Crawley.
