We are seeking a Selling Supervisor to join our prestigious Sloane Square store in Chelsea, London. This is a full-time role offering 40 hours per week.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Business Client Development
  • Support the sales team in the absence of managers to deliver exceptional client experiences, maximize sales, and explore commercial opportunities both in-store and through outreach
  • Build and maintain a loyal client base of Very Important Customers (VICs), Super VICs, and top clients
  • Engage and motivate the team to enhance performance using service metrics
Leadership & Engagement Support
  • Assist managers in creating an inclusive, client-first work environment
  • Support the team in achieving sales and profit goals using service metrics in managers' absence
  • Help develop the team’s product knowledge and selling skills
Operations
  • Be proficient in Ralph Lauren clienteling, digital tools, store systems, and procedures, including cash management and interpreting business reports
  • Uphold and coach brand standards and presentation
  • Convey product and client feedback to buyers and managers, and coordinate marketing initiatives and pricing strategies
