Job Description:

We’re looking for dynamic Sell Thru Specialists (W/M) on a part-time contract to play a key role in enhancing the consumer experience, brand visibility, and accelerate stock rotation by leveraging the sell-thru toolbox provided by the Brand. The role aims to deliver an excellent omnichannel Salomon consumer experience and qualitative brand visibility.

The primary focus is to ensure adequate brand and product presence in assigned stores through visual merchandising (VM), maximize sales through higher conversion actions, strengthen store relationships, and report key performance indicators back to the business.

In-store visibility – VM responsibilities
  • Visit assigned stores after seasonal drops and regularly to ensure best-in-class execution of Salomon branding and product placement.
  • Ensure products and branding are in the right space, visible, and re-arranged if necessary.
  • Maintain and enhance products, fixtures, and branding; implement seasonal stories and product technologies, and ensure campaign visibility through branding tools and aesthetic sense.
  • Manage shop windows and engagement zones; coordinate the construction of Salomon branding spaces.
  • Assist sales teams in negotiating prime locations for brand and product placement.
Sell-out support
  • Organize promo days, sell-thru days, and demo days.
  • Support campaigns and drive-to-store consumer and community events and activations.
  • Identify stock replenishment or return opportunities and submit reorders proposals to sales teams.
Shop Pro engagement
  • Deliver training to store staff on brand and product knowledge at store level and during larger clinics.
  • Manage relationships with Shop Pros and foster their brand loyalty.
  • Support trade fairs and local events where applicable.
  • Facilitate business opportunities through strong relationships.
Stores KPIs reporting
  • Report on brand visibility with photos and recommendations for improvement.
  • Create summaries from training sessions, including statistics and feedback.
  • Provide competition benchmarks and feedback.
  • Monitor sell-thru performance where applicable.
Sportstyle stores focus
  • Check and report discrepancies versus standards (branding, assortment).
  • Support KA team in organized store events for sell-out.
  • Manage relationships with store staff, including seeding, and develop their brand affinity.
  • Act as the eyes and ears for Sportstyle Gen Z, gathering product demand and consumer insights from shop pros.
  • Regularly feedback to KA teams with relevant information.
Qualifications
  • Education: Degree in Marketing or a similar relevant field, or equivalent education in VM or Retail Management.
  • Experience: Several years in VM, training, sales, or trade marketing; experience or passion for sport and fashion is advantageous.
  • Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English.
