Job summary

• ACA qualification or equivalent in Corporate Finance, M&A or Transaction Services.
• Strong financial modelling skills.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships as the first point of contact.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, including preparation of materials, buyer outreach, negotiation support, and project management through to completion.
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners, professional advisors and buyers.
• Take a proactive role in pitch preparation and business development with Directors and Partners.
