Job summary

Anglian Home Improvements is seeking self-employed sales and business development representatives in the UK. You will be trained to know products inside out and confidently sell to customers, using warm leads and our remote selling framework.

You’ll visit customers in their homes, deliver compelling pitches, and educate on product options to meet individual needs. The role offers uncapped earnings with an OTE of £75k-£100k, plus holidays, weekends away, sports event tickets and a full support

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and confident to work independently.
• Excellent communication and persuasiveness when engaging customers.
• Proven sales experience with ability to convert leads.
• Strong customer service mindset and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on warm sales leads and visit customers in their homes or via remote selling.
• Deliver persuasive business development pitches to convert quotes to sales.
• Educate customers about products and services and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Work with customers to meet requirements and ensure first-time-right delivery.
