The Role

You will need a proven sales and new business development track record with your own clients, enabling you to maximize this unique opportunity to earn 55% commission.

We are seeking results-driven, highly motivated self-starters with the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process with both clients and candidates.

The position offers you the flexibility to work from home and the autonomy to prioritize your own business objectives, coupled with advice and support when needed.

The Resources You'll Have

We provide you with an extensive list of resources and support, including:

• CRM System (client and candidate databases, email templates, reports, records, terms of business, contracts, etc.)
• Job Board and Website advertising platforms
• Digital direct and social media marketing campaigns to generate sales leads
• Onboarding programme and ongoing management support
• Full back-office services including business/legal advice, system/IT support, invoicing, credit control, etc.
