Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Self Employed Protection Adviser. The Protection Adviser will be responsible for offering advice on various protection products to clients, conducting thorough needs assessments, and maintaining client relationships. They will work closely with mortgage advisers to provide protection advice to their clients. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients to understand their protection needs, providing suitable product recommendations, handling necessary documentation, and staying up-to-date with the latest insurance products and industry regulations.

Warm leads are provided, along with generous commission splits. There are strong opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications
  • Excellent knowledge of protection products such as life insurance, income protection, and critical illness cover
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to conduct needs assessments and provide tailored advice
  • Experience in client relationship management
  • Understanding of industry regulations and compliance
  • Proficiency in documentation and administrative processes
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Relevant financial or insurance certifications are a plus
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
