• Free Rent: Pay zero rent each month. Give us your time and dedication for 10 hours per week. Split between running classes, contacting fresh leads, helping members, carrying out inductions, cleaning the gym floor (Hoovering, dusting, anti-bacterial clean of equipment and surface areas).
• Guaranteed Hours: Secure a stable base with guaranteed 10 hours per week.
• Class Delivery & Gym Floor Presence: Deliver 2 engaging classes per week and spend the rest of your time manning the gym floor. This balanced schedule is not only fulfilling but also a fantastic way to pick up new clients by interacting directly with our diverse member base.
• 100% of Your Earnings: Keep 100% of what you earn from personal training sessions with no cap, ensuring that your hard work directly benefits you.
• Earnings and Growth Opportunities: While this position offers a competitive hourly rate, it also opens the door to significant personal growth and development opportunities within the FitLab community.
• Member Engagement: Work in an environment with no joining fees, a vast and growing member base, and over 250 pieces of fitness equipment, providing ample opportunities to expand your client list.
• Facility Access & Benefits: Enjoy free membership at both Fitlab sites (Worthing & Hove).
