Job summary

Places Leisure Group in High Wycombe is seeking a motivated Personal Trainer to deliver engaging PT sessions and help members achieve health goals. You’ll have access to the gym for client sessions and will build your own client base within our welcoming community.

Essential qualifications include fitness level 3, professional liability insurance of at least £5,000,000, CIMSPA Practitioner recognition, and a commitment to staying up to date with industry trends.

• Personal liability insurance cover of at least £5,000,000.
• Be recognised by CIMSPA as a Practitioner.
• Keep abreast of industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver memorable Personal Training sessions to members.
• Build rapport with members and grow your client base.
• Deliver world-class sessions in line with safety standards.
• Utilise strong communication and industry knowledge to engage members.
• Be available to cover gym floor shifts when needed.

More about your role

In return for a competitive monthly direct debit, you will have unlimited access to our outstanding gym facility to provide memorable Personal Training experiences.

You will have the opportunity to build rapport with our members, build your own client base to deliver a world class session, in accordance with the safety standard set by Places Leisure.

You will create an exceptional and fun activity environment by utilising and demonstrating your strong communication skills, along with your vast industry knowledge.

You'll need the following:

Essential

• Qualified to fitness level 3 status
• Personal liability insurance cover for a minimum of £5,000,000

Desirable

• Available to cover gym floor shifts
• Experience of gaining and retaining clients
