Job summary

Places for People Group, operating as Places Leisure, is seeking a Group Workout Instructor to run Les Mills BodyBalance, BodyPump and Pilates classes in a lively community gym setting.

You will take over Monday and Thursday morning sessions and develop Pilates cover. Applicants should have a Level 2 fitness qualification with Les Mills certification or a Level 3 MAT Pilates qualification, plus experience delivering group workouts.

More About Your Role

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Group Workout Instructor, specifically Les Mills BodyBalance, BodyPump and also Pilates, at Places Leisure, where you will be working in a fun, lively environment with likeminded people. You will help to inspire others to work together and deliver their very best. With your previous experience in the fitness industry, specifically personal and group training, you will be full of enthusiasm and love talking with people whilst motivating them to push themselves to achieve their aims in a safe and encouraging manner.

We are looking for an instructor to take over existing Monday and Thursday morning classes and also build our cover list for Pilates. Permanent classes will be on a contract basis and subject to tax and NI deductions.

All our Group Workout Instructors should hold a qualification suitable for delivery such as Level 2 fitness qualification as well as Les Mills certification or a Level 3 MAT Pilates qualification, to deliver our world-class Group Workout Programme. You must also have experience in delivering workout classes in a group setting in either a gym or studio environment. Les Mills instructors should also be up to date with quarterly releases and education.
