1. Able to provide motivation and support to customers to achieve their fitness goals through the service of Personal Training.
2. Able to actively and consistently promote the company’s vision and values.
3. Able to make all members’ visits an enjoyable experience.
4. Enthusiastic, positive and ready to make a difference.
5. Motivated to build and develop your Personal Training business at the facility.

1. It is essential that you have a REPs level 3 Personal Training qualification.
2. A passion for health, fitness, well-being and all-round excellence.
3. An unwavering commitment to understand the expectations of your clients.
4. A work ethic to grow your business.
5. A winning attitude and are eager to apply that attitude to your business.
6. A positive approach to supporting the management team, colleagues and members at the facility.
7. You’ll be an entrepreneurial boss braced with agile thinking.
8. Ability to teach classes to a high standard both in the studio and on the gym floor.
9. Be approachable, friendly and engaging!
