Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a Self Employed Padel Coach to join our racquets team and run weekly junior and adult coaching sessions at our Worcester club.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching with a focus on enjoyment, safety and progression for members of all ages and abilities.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 2 / Level Padel Coaching qualification.
• Passion for health and fitness and helping others achieve goals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-starter who delivers high-quality experiences to members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly junior and adult Padel coaching groups.
• Ensure members receive exceptional service on session days.
• Contribute to a thriving, inclusive club culture.

About you

As Padel Coach:

• You must hold a Level 2 / Level Padel Coaching qualification to apply for this role.
