Job summary

Powerleague is seeking freelance padel coaches to deliver sessions across our growing clubs. You will coach adults and juniors, in group or one-to-one formats, focusing on technique, footwork and match strategy. Flexible hours and access to thriving venues await.

Applicants should hold LTA Level 2 Padel Coaching Qualification (or equivalent) and LTA Accreditation, be DBS checked, and bring energy, enthusiasm and strong communication skills to shape player development.

Qualifications

• LTA Level 2 Padel Coaching Qualification (or equivalent) & LTA Accreditation.
• Proven experience coaching padel with a passion for growing the sport.
• DBS checked and strong communicator with time management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality padel coaching sessions for adults and juniors, group and 1-to-1.
• Provide instruction on technique, footwork, match strategy and player development.
• Adapt coaching to beginners through to intermediate and advanced players.

We’re expanding our padel offering across our clubs and are looking for enthusiastic freelance coaches to deliver exceptional sessions to players of all ages and levels.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high‑quality padel coaching sessions for adults and juniors, both group and 1‑to‑1.
• Provide expert instruction on technique, stroke production, footwork, match strategy and overall player development.
• Adapt coaching styles to suit beginners through to intermediate and advanced players.
• Promote an inclusive, positive and safe environment for all players.

What We’re Looking For

• LTA Level 2 Padel Coaching Qualification (or equivalent) & LTA Accreditation.
• Proven experience coaching padel with a genuine passion for growing the sport.
• Energetic, enthusiastic and confident communicator.
• Strong time management and flexibility in working hours.
• DBS checked
• Ability to represent our club values and deliver exceptional customer experience.
