I am looking for urgent support for 6 hours per week.
I am 22 and have recently moved into a shared house but due to an accident, I have a back injury and am unable to lift or carry anything at the moment, and I have been unable to put my things away so need support to sort out and put away clothes, sort through packing boxes make/change my bed, general house work and support to get to Uni as there are a few modules that cannot be completed on line and I will need to attend, we can discuss these when we meet.
I have high anxiety, depression, autism, and ADHD and can become overwhelmed, so you will need to be patient and empathetic. I would like support and encouragement to keep my living area clean and tidy and be prompted to manage my personal care needs.
I would also like help with food shopping, as I struggle with this due to my back issues and various emotional difficulties that leave me very overwhelmed when shopping in busy supermarkets.
I would benefit from a planned schedule for the week ahead and help to manage paperwork and appointments. Social activities are important to me, and I would like you to support me to access the community.
