We are seeking reliable and skilled Handypersons / Multi-Traders to deliver professional, responsive maintenance services across South London. Responsibilities include carrying out general DIY tasks, small repairs, and safety modifications to maintain high standards. Support for voids work, including decorating, minor plumbing, and repair works, is also required.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform reactive maintenance and repairs in occupied and unoccupied properties.
• Carry out a variety of tasks, including:
• Carpentry: Hanging doors, skirting, architraves, window and door repairs, lock changes.
• Plumbing: Repairing worktops, kitchen units, fitting new bathrooms, general plumbing maintenance.
• Decorating: Painting and decorating to a high standard.
• Plastering: Repairing walls and ceilings as needed.
• Complete tasks within designated timeframes and keep accurate records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of general building maintenance.
• Ability to interpret job scopes and provide basic reports.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Strong communication skills; ability to work independently or in a team. Good English required.
• Valid driving license, own vehicle/van, and own tools.
