We currently have the top 2 advisers in Openwork as well as several others in the top 20 nationwide.

Our focus is on delivering high quality advice and great customer service and we utilise the best available technologies, training and resources to enable us to do this. This is a self-employed, commission only business model. Realistic OTE’s year on year are uncapped and as follows:

• First full year earning potential - £80-£100,000
• Our top performers make £500k+ per annum

Requirements for Capricorn Financial:

• A passion for personal development and growth and someone who wants to learn from the best.
• Dynamic with a passion for great customer service and a real hunger for success.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• You are looking for a challenging, fast-paced environment.
• You have a minimum of 1 year’s telephone sales experience in any industry.
• You are highly organised with a drive to succeed.
• You are passionate about being a professional Salesperson who is relationship-driven at meeting client’s needs to maximise sales opportunities.
• You want to see what you are truly capable of when you are self-driven and want to push yourself to become a self-sufficient individual.

Mortgage Advisers can join Capricorn once you hold a basic mortgage qualification (CeMAP Module 1 OR RO1). However, it would be beneficial to hold the full CeMAP qualification or RO6, therefore we would encourage you to obtain before or during the role.

You need to be comfortable starting a self-employed role and building your own business, on the Capricorn platform.
