Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking experienced and passionate self-employed Hair Stylists and Barbers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide high-quality hair care services to our diverse clientele, with a particular emphasis on Afro-Caribbean hair. You will also play a key role in promoting and selling our products and services through online platforms, contributing to our international sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Services:
  • Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences.
  • Perform hair cutting, coloring, styling, and barbering services using techniques suitable for Afro-Caribbean hair.
  • Provide hair care advice and recommend products tailored to individual client needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all health and safety standards.
• Product Promotion and Sales:
  • Promote and sell Linach Hair products and services to clients, both in-person and through online channels.
  • Engage in online marketing activities to attract new clients and expand the brand’s reach.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for international sales growth.

Qualifications & Experiences:

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or Barber, with expertise in Afro-Caribbean hair.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience with online sales and digital marketing is advantageous.

Compensation:

• As a self-employed professional, you will have the flexibility to set your own hours and days.
• Compensation can be commission-based or daily chair rental rate, with potential for additional earnings through product sales and online promotions.
