Motive8 is seeking a reliable self-employed Personal Trainer to deliver group and individual gym inductions at a residential site in Horsham, RH12 0AX. Evening and weekend availability preferred.

Role involves guiding clients through group inductions, 1-1 sessions, and PT consultations, plus upselling Personal Training services while maintaining high service standards.

Applicants must hold a Level 3 Personal Training Certification and self-employed insurance. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver group gym inductions covering gym, studio and leisure areas.
• Deliver 1-1 gym inductions with PT consultation and tasters.
• Provide planned client-specific personal training sessions.
• Manage attendance and admin tasks on the platform.
• Demonstrate equipment use and safety protocols.
• Maintain professional communication with the head office and residents.
• Provide guidance to help residents achieve fitness goals.
