Job summary

Motive8 is seeking a reliable self-employed Personal Trainer to deliver group and 1-1 gym inductions at a student-accommodation gym in Bolton, BL1 1AQ. The role offers a rent-free opportunity with no gym rent or fixed shift hours, and requires a Level 3 Personal Training Certification and self-employed PI insurance.

Pay is commission-based: £21 per group induction (30 mins), £30 per 1-1 induction (45 mins), and £35 per PT session (60 mins). Flexible weekday evenings and weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• Self-employed status with valid PI insurance (min £5 million).
• Hold a Level 3 Personal Training Certification.
• Registered as self-employed to perform gym inductions and PT sessions.
• Available for approx. 1 monthly group induction plus ad-hoc appointments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver group gym inductions including gym, studio and leisure areas.
• Provide 1-1 induction sessions with PT consultation and tasters on request.
• Deliver planned, client-specific personal training sessions.
• Manage attendance and admin duties for appointments.
• Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed during inductions.
• Liaise with Motive8 head office to ensure consistent delivery.
