Job summary

Le rôle consiste à effectuer diverses tâches de terrassement et de hard landscaping sur des sites commerciaux et résidentiels, tout en respectant des normes de sécurité rigoureuses. Le candidat idéal sera motivé, fiable et capable de travailler seul ou en équipe, avec une compréhension des procédures de santé et de sécurité.

Qualifications

• Expérience dans les travaux de terrassement et paysagistes.
• Licences NPORS ou CSCS pour Mini Digger souhaitées.
• Capacité à utiliser de petites machines et à respecter les normes de sécurité.

Responsibilities

• Effectuer des tâches de paysagisme comme poser des dalles et des pavés.
• Utiliser de petites machines comme des plaques vibrantes et des mélangeurs.
• Maintenir les normes de qualité et respecter les délais convenus.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Groundworker to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, site-based role carrying out a variety of groundwork and hard landscaping tasks across commercial and residential sites.

The ideal person will be confident working independently and as part of a small team, experienced in operating small plant and machinery, and committed to delivering a high standard of work while maintaining site safety.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out hard landscaping tasks: laying slabs, bricks, block paving, kerbs, concrete, and tarmac
• Operate small plant and machinery: whacker plates, mixers, rollers
• Maintain quality standards and complete work to agreed deadlines
• Uphold health and safety procedures on site at all times
• Keep accurate records of materials used and job progress
• Liaise with site supervisors and managers as needed

Desired Skills & Experience

• Mini Digger Licence (NPORS or CSCS) – desirable
• C1+E Driving Licence (7.5T vehicle with trailer) – desirable
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Reliable, hard-working, and a good team player
