Self Employed Estate Agent at Property Consultants Group

We are seeking motivated entrepreneurial people to join our growing team across the country.

As a Self Employed Estate Agent, you will work your hours in your local area and earn the lion's share of the commissions made from property transactions.

You will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties.

Your goal will be to provide exceptional service on a quality not quantity basis.

We will provide you with all the tools and training to get you up and running so no estate agency experience is necessary.

Option to work towards a level 3 qualification in Estate Agency practice to grow your knowledge and professionalism in the industry.

Duties:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Create listings and market properties for sale or rent
- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of sellers
- Canvass and prospect for new business
- Visit properties in your local area

Requirements:

- Based in England, Scotland or Wales
- Self-motivated
- Good with clients face-to-face
- Strong administrative skills

You do not need a driving license but would have to be willing to visit properties by other means.
