Self Employed Equity Release Advisor - Working from Home

Our clients are one of the UK’s leading and long-standing Equity Release advice companies with a high net worth (HNW) division. They have over a decade of award-winning advice and a platinum 5-star Feefo customer experience rating.

We are seeking experienced equity release advisers to join our team. Candidates must have the relevant Equity Release qualifications; previous advice experience and a proven track record are preferred. Our client is a customer-focused, socially responsible, and eco-conscious financial services and lead generation company that excels in customer and staff care. They offer expert advice on a wide range of equity release and later life mortgage products from the entire market and are FCA authorized.

Their inquiries are generated through their websites, digital and social marketing channels, and partnerships, targeting customers approaching or in retirement.

Self Employed Equity Release Advisor - Responsibilities:

• Receive excellent support, training, and earning potential
• Access all lenders' products from the entire market with the best terms and rates
• Work with inquiries from marketing-branded channels and partnerships
• Have a dedicated PA to support case management from application to completion
• Attend pre-qualified appointments booked by our Customer Contact Centre
• Provide advice to homeowners via phone, video, or face-to-face meetings
• Utilize our bespoke CRM, sourcing software, and workflow management system
• Access our extensive customer database for ongoing advice
• Receive in-house technical and T&C support through training
• Benefit from IT and digital marketing support
• Participate in regular CPD events, training, and updates from lenders

Self Employed Equity Release Advisor - Role Includes:

• Providing tailored mortgage or equity release advice based on individual circumstances
• Preparing comprehensive recommendations with Key Facts Illustrations (KFI) and Suitability Reports
• Promoting the company as a leading national advisory firm
• Coordinating with Compliance and T&C departments
• Maintaining accurate records using the company's CRM system
• Adhering to principles of treating customers fairly and Consumer Duty
• Attending CPD training and staying updated with relevant materials

You will need experience and qualifications in/of:

• At least 6 months of financial services advice experience
• Evidence of sales success and compliant practice with CAS status
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Mandatory minimum qualifications:

• CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice)
• CF7 or ER1 (Certificate in Equity Release) or CeRER (Certificate in Regulated Equity Release)

Remuneration:

• Uncapped earning potential based on your effort
• Current advisers earning between £50,000 and £90,000+
