Smiths News is seeking Self-Employed Delivery Contractors to operate in the Plymouth area. Early morning shifts (03:00 am – 09:00 am), seven days a week, with routes that deliver newspapers and magazines to 20–30 customers daily.

Applicants must hold a valid UK/European driving licence and have access to a 3.5t van. Flexible onboarding and route options help maximise earnings and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Valid UK/European Driving Licence required.
• Access to a 3.5t van is needed or can be arranged.
• Self-employment-based driving role with weekly pay.

Responsibilities

• Pack newspapers for your route.
• Complete a fixed route daily.
• Deliver newspapers and magazines to 20–30 customers per day.
• Collect returned newspapers, magazines and recycling bags.
• Scan items on return to the depot.
